The snorkelling from the jetty provided good views of various fish.
The reception staff seemed undertrained (in my opinion). The distances between facilities posed challenges. I found it inconvenient that the hotel is far from the main road. Taxis were difficult to find, and the hotel taxi service was overpriced. Room phones did not function properly.

i appreciated the immaculate and beautiful gardens. there were three lovely pools one was an infinity pool. waiter service to my deck chair was a nice touch i also liked the substantial shades on the sunbeds.
i found that staff barely spoke english. the wine tasted sparkling which seemed odd. my 'do not disturb' sign was ignored as my room was entered and cleaned anyway.

i found the staff really helpful and kind. the food offered nice variety and quantity for everyone. bedrooms were large and clean. the pools looked well kept and good for swimming.
i didn't like the dark furniture it was a personal preference and made the room feel smaller

the hotel features a main lobby area with a great view of the bay bars and restaurants the large infinity pool is close to the beach allowing easy access plus there is a kids pool with slides

our beautiful double or twin room was huge it included fruit drinks and little rolls upon arrival rooms included comfortable beds i found that housekeeping provided towel art and friendly chats daily

I appreciated the high quality and variety of food offered for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The coral reef located in front of the hotel's beach contained many colorful fish (it was an amazing sight!). Hotel staff members were friendly and helpful.
The gym equipment needs updating.
